Job description
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of plant quality management system, certifications (international, national & customer related), quality support of other plant departments, quality reporting and controlling
- Training of local quality engineers regarding quality systems, methods, reporting, controlling
- Requesting and supporting of the required methodologies in the location according to VT and S&A Procedures
- Planning and Realisation of product audits, QM audits
- Optimization of Jidoka and internal problem solving process in the location standard
- Cascading of VT / BU process description to local process landscape
- Management and coordination of Quality Management System in location
- Planning and Realisation of plant certifications, preparation and maintaining of quality manual
- Conduct of QM-reporting, continious improvement of quality reporting process, assessment of QM-reporting
- Definition of quality targets, monthly reporting of results, implementation of corrective actions, persuing of Lessons Learned internally as well as in VT database
- Working closely with the corporate quality management system responsible person to roll out to the plant
